Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

3. Special notes regarding digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:

a) has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

b) has acknowledged that, by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the contract begins (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

In this case, you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, please note our voluntary guarantee below.

4. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if our guide does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — simply and without further justification.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can complete the following form and return it to us. The use of the form is not mandatory.

6. Refund process

To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal” or “Refund”.
  2. Provide your full name and the date of purchase so that we can identify your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund is issued within 14 days to the original means of payment.
